However, we welcome product exchanges with open arms. If you’d like to exchange any product bought from the store, you can do so within 14 days of purchase.
We’d be more than happy to assist you in your exchange, under the following conditions:
- The product is returned to us in its original packaging, with box and foam intact. We tolerate tearing of sleeve.
- The product itself is not damaged or tampered with, and is in its original color and shape.
- Please paste a small note on the parcel, indicating your name, order ID and phone number to facilitate a convenient exchange.
- Contact us on Instagram or email us at info.komalcreates@gmail.com, stating your reason for exchanging the product(s). Pictures or a detailed explanation is always helpful.
- You, our valued customers, are to kindly bear the courier charges of the exchange. The delivery charges of the exchanged product(s) back to you will be on us.
